• I will counsel you on credit and mortgage qualifications in order to prepare you for home ownership.
• I will notify you throughout the term of your mortgage as to whether you may have options that will lower your interest rate.
• I will be available 7 days a week with the ability to do your application by phone, fax, email at your convenience.
• I will work very hard to ensure that your mortgage is approved and processed as smoothly and quickly as possible.
